A Transaction to Fail, it could be few reasons. From Vivawallet gateway have 

advised us that these are the most common reasons for a transaction to fail:

• Could you please make sure you have sufficient funds in your account to proceed with payment
• If you have enough funds in your account, you may have fail the 3D security and will need to contact your card provider and ask if they are stopping the transaction.
• Re-try to order one more time.
• If all the things above are done and there is still a problem with the transaction, Please get in contact with iMuscle support.
